Yes of course! In case of a product defect, you can contact your Logic Account manager or our logistics department. An RMA number will be issued to you with further details. During a repair cycle we will keep you informed on progress and timing.

All pre-sales activities are usually performed Free of Charge and without any purchasing obligations. Many of our brands provide free trials which will be supported by our staff free of carge.

There are however cases where our customers require a formal proof of concept that goes beyond normal trial conditions. In these cases we always submit a customized cost proposal for approval before any work is done.
