JTAG
Our boundary scan solution offers excellent fault diagnosis and fast programming for the production line. Using this test and programming method, your test stand will be significantly cheaper because no complex system of test points is needed. Due to the flexible tool interfaces, our solution easily integrates with manufacturing systems. Test development is simplified when compared with traditional manufacturing test solutions, lowering pre-production test development cost significantly.
If you are looking for a complete solution for testing and programming electronic systems, then XJTAG is the answer.
XJDeveloper
XJDeveloper is an Integrated Development Environment for JTAG test development and execution. Through its intuitive design flow, engineers have easy access to XJTAG’s market-leading interconnection and functionality-based testing technology. This is supported by a large built-in library of device tests, combined with the ability to easily develop additional tests. Advanced fault analysis and visualisation tools are included as standard. XJDeveloper also supports In-System Programming (including XJFlash) of both JTAG devices (e.g. CPLDs and FPGAs) and non-JTAG devices (EEPROMs, flash memory).
XJAnalyser
XJAnalyser is a powerful tool for real-time circuit visualisation and debugging. It provides a graphical view of JTAG chains, giving you complete control, on a pin-by-pin basis, of both pin state (either driven as an output or tristated as an input) and pin value (either high or low when driven), and it has the facility to run SVF and STAPL / JAM files.
XJRunner
XJRunner is the specialised JTAG run-time environment for executing pre-compiled XJDeveloper projects. With a range of special features it is particularly aimed at board manufacturers and in-field support. In one package, you have interconnect testing, in-system programming, non-JTAG device testing, serial number handling and configurable log files for your audit trail. It has an easy-to-use GUI, with all the testing capabilities of XJEase.
XJFlash
XJFlash is an FPGA-based advanced and innovative method that uses JTAG for high-speed in-system programming (ISP) of flash memories – all serial and parallel flash devices are supported. The most common use of XJFlash is programming the SPI/QSPI NOR flash used to configure an FPGA.
Free DFT Plugins for EDA Tools
Prevent expensive board re-spins using free software tools from XJTAG so you can find and fix common testability errors early, before any hardware is produced. Conduct ‘Design For Test’ (DFT) checks directly on your schematic diagram during the schematic capture stage to improve test coverage.
